Course Outline:
This course is a continuation of Global Studies I. We start with the Renaissance of Europe and the development of Western civilization and will work towards the impacts of Nationalism and Imperialism, and the World Wars. One of our main goals is to create a clearer understanding of the complexities of the modern world. To achieve this, we will examine the following:
